Preparing your Electronic File

A. Supported Programs

*If you are unable to furnish your file in one of the above applications, we will support other programs but additional charges may apply depending on the time required to prepare your files for print.

B. Files need to have all fonts and images included. Images should be supplied at a minimum of 300 dpi, CMYK and a maximum density of 300 or less.

C. Files need to be supplied as single pages. If files ARE NOT supplied as single pages, additional charges may apply.

D. Files that bleed need to be supplied with 1/8" bleeds on all sides.

E. We ask that files that are uploaded to our FTP site be accompanied with a lo-res PDF for a reference to make sure there is nothing wrong with the file once we open and work on it (ex: rewrap, images dropping off, etc).

Paper Selection

With an abundance of paper choices on the market, selecting the stock that best fits your budget and design can be an important decision. If you are uncertain of which type of paper will show off your project to its best advantage, we have a complete line of paper sample books for your convenience. Please contact us to meet with one of our knowledgeable account representatives to review your options. Let our years of practical experience help you to make the right choice. Once you have an idea of the paper you may want to use, we will be happy to supply you with stock samples or a true-to-size stock dummy.
